Refund policy

Returns: 
If you wish to return a recently purchased product, kindly mail it back to us within 30 days of receiving it.

The item you're returning should have no evidence of wear - meaning no deodorant marks, makeup stains, any scents, rips or tears, etc., with original packaging and tags. 

Once we receive the package, we will inspect it and send you a store credit code that will never expire for you to shop with.
Amount of the order which is paid by the return store credits would not be counted for free shipping, additional invoice will be sent to you before sending out your order.

Clearance items(50%off or more) cannot be returned unless defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items unless there are manufacturer/material defects not of the customer's fault. Our one year guarantee policy still applies.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item and then file a warranty service claim and return the item you have. Inventory shortages are more common during holiday and promotional periods.

For products that have been worn/washed/or removed from packaging, please fill in your warranty claim here. If you bought your items from one of our partners, we require a copy of your purchase invoice.
